People come into our lives for a season and a reason. Some come into our lives to teach us something important about ourselves through pain and hurt, others are there to encourage and embrace us, as we are, with all our flaws. Whichever the season a person becomes part of your life journey it's important to trust that there is always a valuable reason God allowed them to be a part of it. In this season I am so grateful for the friendships that have stood the test of time and challenges, I treasure the lessons learned from the friendships lost and I am thanking God for each of them.

Your work is going to
fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great
work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep
looking. Don't settle not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with
some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style at the end of the
day, life is about being happy being who you are, and I feel like we are so
blessed to have the support system and the best family to really just support
each other no matter what we're going through .To succeed in life, you need
three things: a wishbone, a backbone and a funny bone Stay true to yourself,
yet always be open to learn Work hard,
and never give up on your dreams, even when nobody else believes they can come
true but you. These are not cliches but real tools you need no matter what you
do in life to stay focused on your path God gave us the gift of life; it is up
to us to give ourselves the gift of living well Loneliness is my least favorite
thing about life. The thing that I'm most worried about is just being alone
without anybody to care for or someone who will care for me.Life is all about
evolution. What looks like a mistake to others has been a milestone in my life.
Even if people have betrayed me, even if my heart was broken, even if people
misunderstood or judged me, I have learned from these incidents. We are human
and we make mistakes, but learning from them is what makes the difference

The National Anthem was written to celebrate Trinidad and Tobago's independence from Great Britain on August 31, 1962. A nation-wide contest was held in search of the best anthem to accompany this momentous occasion. The winner of the contest was Patrick Stanisclaus Castagne. Apart from composing our national anthem, Castagne wrote other songs like "Kiss Me for Christmas," "The Iceman" (a popular Road March hit in 1960), "Nimble like Kimble" and "Hyarima: A Caribbean Rhapsody". Castagne has held several posts in the government of Trinidad and Tobago. He is also the holder of a Chaconia medal and the British MBE.

Trinidad and Tobago is a dual-island Caribbean nation near Venezuela, with distinctive Creole traditions and cuisines. Trinidad’s capital, Port of Spain, hosts a boisterous carnival featuring calypso and soca music. Numerous bird species inhabit sanctuaries such as the Asa Wright Nature Centre. The smaller island of Tobago is known for its beaches and the Tobago Main Ridge Forest Reserve, which shelters hummingbirds...
